A tangy mayo based sauce laced with black pepper and subtle heat from fresh horseradish. Ideal as a baste just prior to serving, however it also works well as a standalone dipping sauce for Chicken, pork or turkey.
We love Alabama white sauce on either wings or thighs, basted and finished on the grill for 5mins. We also go one step further and have a separate dipping sauce on the side for extra sumptuousness.
